First and foremost, I want to apologize for my recent absence. Many personal things have come up and time is limited, but I am glad to be back. I am trying to blog on a more regular basis from now on. Thank you for sticking with me.
1. Eat more whole, natural foodsMost people's lives have been bombarded with processed foods. These foods are made in factories by machines. What most people don't realize is that their body doesn't not know how to break the food down. My philosophy: it was made by a machine, it probably takes a machine to break down. This is probably the toughest tip out of this list. I have been known to eat distracted multiple times. This is unhealthy because they say it takes the brain longer to register that you are full. That means that overeating is very likely. I also try to avoid eating with distractions because I find that the food has less meaning. If I sit down and focus on the food, I cherish every bite. 2. Don't eat distracted

3. Drink more water

Being away of what you are putting in your body is extremely important. I may write a post on reading food labels.
4. Read food labels
